The WFFM is an "open" public munch.

Wichita BDSM Our Next munch will be held on Friday May 7th, 2010 in Wichita, Kansas. As the name says the Munch is held the First Friday of every month.  The following munch will be on Friday, June 4th, 2010.  The munch is held in two parts.  The first is strictly a social gathering and dinner at a local resturanut, which may change from time to time.  There is no admission charge for the social/dinner part, although we do expect you will order and eat something.  There is also a dungeon after-party which is held at the 1740 Dungeon & Social Club. There is a nominal charge for those wishing to attend the after party.  You must purchase your admission for the after party at the dinner, unless arrangements are made in advance.

Attendance at the Wichita First Friday Munch is by invitation & RSVP only. But it is not hard to get an invitation, just add your name to our mailing list below to get on our invitiation list.   The Wichita First Friday Munch is an "open" public munch. There is no group to join, and there are no memberships or other pre-requirements of any kind needed. You be at least 18 years old, have a sincere desire to meet other like-minded people, and wish to further your journey into the BDSM, fetish, leather and alternate lifestyle, or at the very least find out more about it. Persons charged with sex crimes pending the outcome of their case, those convicted of sex crimes, and those required to register on any sexual offender list are not eligible for attendance, and those submitting their name below authorize us to check any public database for a background check.

The purpose of the "Wichita First Friday Munch" is to provide a welcoming environment within which anyone over 18 years old may learn more about and participate in the BDSM, fetish, leather, and alternate lifestyle community in Wichita and surrounding areas. We are pansexual, panfetish, and recognize and encourage all aspects of the alternate lifestyle, most sexual fetishes and deviations, and all sexual orientations and identities. If you don't have a fetish yet or don't know if this is for you, please feel free to attend to satisfy your curiousity.  Whether you are an experienced lifestyler or a 'Newbie', the Wichita First Friday Munch provides a safe friendly structure to come enjoy yourself.

We don't generally offer educational demonstrations or classes, however from time to time we will have exciting guests that will have a short presentation or demo.  Please note that 1740 provides a monthly demo or presentation that like Wichita First Friday Munch, is open to all.  Click the 1740 link above for more information.

Wichita First Friday Munch is an official event and sponsered by 1740, Inc.  However all are welcome without regard to your experience level or other club affiliation.  This is a fun, pressure free event and our purpose is not to push you to join 1740. 

For those of you apprehensive, please relax.  We look and act just like your friends and neighbors, except we are very friendly and non-judgmental.  You don't need fetish clothes or any knowledge of the lifestyle at all, just a desire to learn more.   Even though the dinner is held in a public place don't worry about who you might run in to.  We look and act very normal in the public environment, well maybe a few of us have a little leather on, but we discourage any extreme fetish apparel until you reach the dungeon.

You do not need to have a partner to attend.  Unattached and single persons are welcome and encouraged, even solo males.  All races, ages, body types and sexual orientations are very welcome.

Please note!  We are not some sort of swingers club or sex club!  No intercourse or lewd and lascivious display of the gentials is permitted at these open events.  Just some nice harmless s/m action.  You may come and enjoy yourself, with being constantly 'hit on.'  If you feel any pressure at all please contact a Board Member, Staff Member or DM immediately.  We do not tolerate such behavior, and it goes without saying that any solicitation of sexual favors for money, drugs or other consideration will result in immediate expulsion and perhaps referral to law enforcement.  No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted on the premises and those arriving under the influence will be turned away.
